YOUR PLAN.
YOUR CHOICE.
How ATHLGRID monthly subscriptions are intended to work, how you'll be able to cancel, and what the UK cooling-off rules mean.
We will activate checkout only when secure payment processing, customer support, a working online cancellation route and required renewal/cooling-off notices are ready. This page explains the intended terms and is not a working cancellation portal yet.
KNOW THE PRICE.

LEAVE WHEN
YOU NEED TO.
When subscription checkout is ready, cancelling should be as straightforward as subscribing.
Find your subscription
Use the customer billing portal linked from the website or your payment confirmation email. The direct link will appear here when payment processing is connected.
No unnecessary hurdles
Select cancel and follow the confirmation steps. We will also publish a support email as another way to notify us of cancellation.
No further renewals
We'll confirm cancellation on a durable medium and stop future renewal charges. Existing paid-period access and refunds follow your applicable rights.
COOLING-OFF
RIGHTS.
These rights depend on what was purchased and when the service or digital content begins.
Initial cancellation period
UK consumers buying services online will often have a 14-day right to cancel, subject to applicable legal rules and exceptions. If you expressly ask us to start coaching during that period, a proportionate charge may be payable for services lawfully delivered. If immediate digital-content access affects your rights, we will obtain the required separate consent and acknowledgement before access begins; the general Terms checkbox alone will not waive your rights.
Changes scheduled for January 2027
The UK's new subscription regime is scheduled to start on 1 January 2027, subject to final enactment. Where applicable, it introduces clearer key information before signing up, straightforward online cancellation, reminder notices for relevant renewals or trial endings, and specific cooling-off rights when certain trials or long-term subscriptions renew.
A 14-day renewal cooling-off period is relevant to specified situations, such as after a free or discounted trial or the renewal of a contract lasting at least 12 months. It is not a promise of a fresh 14-day refund window after every ordinary monthly payment. We will follow the requirements applying when any subscription is sold.
What if something goes wrong?
Nothing in our terms takes away your rights if coaching isn't performed with reasonable care and skill, if a paid service isn't supplied, or where a refund or other remedy is required by law. Contact support once it is published so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
